ということです。
また靴が足に合っているのはどんな状態かといいますと
1.つま先に5～10ミリの余裕があるかどうか
2.足と靴の屈曲線があっているかどうか
3.甲の高さ、幅が合っているか
4.かかとの大きさがあっているか
5.まっすぐ立てるか、歩いてもかかとが浮かないか
